Can blogging improve your English or not?
YES OF COURSE IT CAN
Typing in the computer about what goes on in your life, what you did at school today, and exciting or even depressing events going on in your life can definitely help to improve your English. Not only that, but this also helps the blogger to be able to communicate and express his or her personal thoughts and opinions to other bloggers around.
Well, thats the small part of the advantages withing blogging in websites XD, but there’s also a small defect and disadvantage that comes with it too. Everything comes with a price, does it not?
Blogging might not only be socializing, improving technical skills, express of thoughts and emotions, but also a fun thing to do! But then again, all of this is only expressed within the internet world. It might even affect how one expresses him/ herself in real life. Many people world wide have been so connected with technology nowadays till the point where going out of their houses and saying ‘hello’ to fellow neighbors are no longer necessary or even thought of. Of all people, statistics have found out that its the younger generation that has been most affected by this issue.
Therefore, in conclusion… Yes, blogging DOES aid our english. But mainly through writing and grammatical skills, but can also be a disadvantage when it comes to communicating with others in real life.

wow..this is like one of the most exhausting and erve wrecking flights ever. It was so long and crampped too. Here’s the order of where we went to arrive at melbourne:
1. jakarta airport early in the morning 6 am, ate at A&Ws. then said our god byes to mom and dad
2 arrived at singapore and went out of the airport to walk around for the whole day and came back at noon. it was raining really hard, and we didnt have an umbrella :S
3. flew to darwin. it was 4 am there, and everyone was sleeping all over the floors with their sleeping bags… it was so weird and awkward to see that..
4. arrived at melbourne in the next morning.
They didn’t even give us any food on the plane, just a bottle of water, and there was hardly any space to move around the seats. D:and there were little kids on every corner. wow, i might sound like a super whiney person who can only complain right now, but i’m not. All i can say is that, the flight was exhausting, very exhausting XD.

i got a cold and a soar throat right before i came back to melbourne!! i can’t believe it >,<
this is totally annoying, having a blocked nose in the winter… the worst part is that my flu usually lasts for a very long time, even till a month or more! no kidding. But then again, i ould just try taking some pills and medicine here and there to speed up the process of healing a bit
. but that would just simply be a dumb and careless thing to do. what if i get an overdose XD?
well, my prescripstion for healing a cold is to…
- get lots of rest
- don’t eat spicy stuff
- dont be running around in the rain (which i did)
- drink lots of water
- have some vitamin
- blow your nose every now and then
- dont hang out in te cold
well there you go =]

I still can’t seem to find the mp4 I’ve wanted for so long. I’ve searched fr all over places, from Melbourne, to Jakarta, and even in Singapore. The problem is, this mp3 comes in different memory sizes and colors.
colors: purple, white, black, lime yellow, & red
memory capacity: 2 GB, 4 GB, & 8 GB
and the one i really want is –> a purple colored 8GB one
I was so sure I saw a purple 8 gigabyte one when I was in the Melbourne airport.. But then I thought I could’ve found the exact same one, but cheaper in Singapore. There’s no luck in finding one in Jakarta, for my mom said that they only sold 4GB ones, and she was right (because I checked all the possible stores out thee.. And still no luck :/). So when I tried searching for it in Singapore, there’s no luck in there either. they DID sell and 8GB one, but sadly it was black, and thats not a color I wanted.
So yeah till this very day. I have no mp3 yet.. sad isn’t it XD?
Wish me luck next week when I search for it in Harvey Norman at the city

I never expected to be going to a sunny warm beach in such a short holiday, it was a sudden trip that my parents thought of to relieve the stress that me and my sisters have been getting from the piling stacks of homework and assignments, up-coming report cards being sent to our homes, the big lump in our head that never stops yapping about unneccesary negative thoughts of how it is the end of the world just because we lost one or two marks for the stupidest reasons…
It wasn’t only us who needed a break, both my parents needed some time off themselves. Mom has always been a ‘worry-wart’ and a ‘neat freak’, she can spot in a blink of an eye the smallest specks of dust on the coffee table. Simply putting it, our mom is like the trunk of this whole family, she’s the one who takes charge when some things go out of hand, but then again if she feels stressed or unhappy it affects the whole family. She is a strong leading woman, that gets everything she wants when she wants it, she is my mom.
When it comes to my dad, he definitely needs a relaxing and stress-free break, somewhere far off from the big city and those nosey business men. Dad, is like the peace maker of the family (the one who always acts calm, even in the worst of situations, or atleast that’s how he is to everyone else except me… He strangely finds it entertaining to only tease and make fun of me, rather than being fair and pick on everyone else too. We quarrel and make fun of each other alot, it becomes a habbit for me to treat my dad a bit differently from how my siblings treat him because I often only have him as my only family back in Jakarta while mom is taking care of everyone else in Melbourne.
So far I’ve introduced my parents, which has nothing to do with the point of this post but oh well XD
Here’s what really happened during the trip…
DAY 1
We arrived in Bali on the 7th of July, the weather there is even hotter than the one in Jakarta. It took over an hour for us to arrive in our hotel. The hotel we stayed in is called “Niko Hotel”, when we arrived we saw the most captivating view of a beach (well atleast it was for me). I realized our hotel was built on top of a cliff, and it had its own private beach. The hallways and rooms are always cool even without air conditioning, for it was speacialy built in a way to make most areas of the hotel shaded, but still have the wind blowing to the inside. After unpacking our bags, changed into shorts, we went to walk around the beach. I saw an island of ‘corals’ deeper in the ocean, without thinking I dared my sisters to a race and see who’d reach the center of the island first. I reached last… Passing through the corals was alot harder than i thought or even imagined. I felt like my bare feet was steping on spikey nails! I was practically carwling my way through the corals and waves with my bare hands and feet, wile my mom giggled her way through, taking every possible picture that she considered priceless. At some point I managed to reach where my 2 hysterically laughing sisters were at, one reached out her hand to attempted to help the poor little me (who was still crawling my way to the top). So, I chose what I thought was logical to do, which was to accept the kind offer. But sadly, that was the wrong choice to make after whats about to happen… So, I grabbed and pulled her hand, but instead of me standing up straight, gravity decided to make me unbalanced and making me pull my sister with my fall. We got hurt, some bleeding going on here and there, laughed at each others faces, and was dirty with dirt and seaweed scumbs, it was worthed.
DAY 2
Early in the morning we went to the beach again, but this time I’m not going any where near or even close to wherever I there’s sharp corals/ rocks in the reef. This time we had proper swim wear, the

At the end of the class, my students will know:
“how to draw the basics of cartoons, or the object they wish to learn how to draw”
SECOND
Before the class, I will need to bring/prepare/set-up the following things:
Just any scrap paper, pens, pencils, or any coloring or drawing material.
THIRD
To make my teaching successful, I will need to research the following:
To keep the class interactive, fun, and worth while yet knowledgable.
FOURTH
I will need Ms. Dominico to help me with:
Advising me if i did do something wrong, an just simply have fun
FIFTH
To make my presentation interactive I will plan the following activity:
I might planon doing a sort of arts and craft which may involve the students getting their hands a bit messy and sticky. (this is a back uo plan, still working on it)
SIXTH
Here is a timed outline of my presentation:
1.) Explain to everyone what we are going to do for this particular activity, and the outline of everything (5 min)
2.) Give examples of how to do it, or perhaps in the end of the explanation show the end result. (10-15 min)
3.) Give everyone time to do their own (pretty much take all the time they want or need)
4.) done? and wait for the end product to dry up (if we are doing something that involves paint or pva)
